1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Shield Training Ltd. By booking a course with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Course Booking
A course booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they meet course eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Payments
Full payment must be made before course commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
We reserve the right to amend course prices at any time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund (administration fees may apply).
No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
If a learner fails to attend or complete the course, no refund will be issued.
If Shield Training Ltd cancels a course, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Learner Conduct
Learners must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
Abuse towards staff or other learners will not be tolerated.

6. Assessment & Certification
Certificates are issued by the relevant awarding body upon successful completion of all required assessments.
We are not responsible for delays caused by awarding organisations.
Replacement certificates may incur an additional fee.

7. Appeals & Complaints
Learners have the right to appeal assessment decisions in line with our Appeals Procedure.
Complaints must be submitted in writing and will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy.

8. Liability
Shield Training Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Our liability shall not exceed the total course fee paid.

9. Changes to Courses
We reserve the right to reschedule or amend course content where necessary.
Minimum learner numbers may apply.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
